Healthy Is My Middle Name!

This is me getting healthy. I am an active person "when I have the time", but I want to be an active person ALL THE TIME! I can push myself hard when I want to, but I want to be the type of person that is excited about exercise and activity. I want to be described (by myself and others) as fit, healthy, active and youthful. I want to set myself up right so that as I age, I age well and am strong for many years. Let's go!!
