I have had a houseguest for 2 weeks and I have not violated my new eating patterns to accommodate a guest. I haven't lost anything, but not eating like crazy with guests?
That's huge for me, because in the past, if they wanted chips, I ate chips, or I would start out doing well and then because I would get tired, I would cave and eventually binge.
I have two more loads of guests and party coming up and I really feel this two week stint of sticking with my plan really worked. Of course, I couldn't work out on my wii, but the eating at least was under control.

I met this woman on the cruise and she had lost 30 lbs. by cutting out dairy and flour. I tried it and so far, it has worked! Surprisingly, I haven't missed any food items yet. I'll let you know if it keeps working, Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'm drinking almond milk to substitute the calcium. How are you doing? 1284 days ago
