So embarrassing, but motivating. 70 lbs lost in 2009!
When I was happier. 70 lbs down in 2009 with my hubby.
Can't wait to get back there again....70 lbs down in Summer of 2009.

I know that being thin doesn't make you happy. But feeling comfortable in your own skin does. And that's what I miss. My husband tells me I'm beautiful and perfect in every way. I just want to feel that way myself.
I'm tired of not being able to breathe well after walking down the street, not having energy to play with my daughter, not being able to enjoy activities that I love. My own self consciousness hinders everything in my life.
After losing 70 lbs in 2008/2009, (some of it the right way and some of it NOT the right way...) I just forgot everything I learned here on SP. I started partying and drinking and eating all the time and of course I picked up just about all of my weight back over the course of about 2 years. But I'm not mad about it anymore, I'm just focused on doing it the right way this time and developing a true 'lifestyle change' so I can stay healthy and thin forever.
I'm back with a vengeance, and ready to achieve everything I want.
To re-lose 70 lbs, and finally be able to feel comfortable in my own skin.

Thanks for the recipe, I shall have to give it a try, the one I tried was coconut flour, egg, baking powder and water, I imagine the cheese really helps hold it together a bit more, and the microwaving it, I just tried it in the skillet first!

What about trying some cauliflower "rice" or "mash" then you can add loads of flavours on top. Cauli-rice you just process it down fine and heat in a pan, keeping some bite to mimic rice, then you can make it like egg fried rice, or use under a saucy curry. Mash you can do half cauli, half something like butterbeans or real potato.
Or you could try the scrambled egg dish I make, if you don't like tomatoes, I am sure just peppers would be nice, fry them with a little amount of ghee or stable oil, until they are getting soft and browning nicely, takes a while, then add seasoned whisked egg (herbs, pepper, paprika... what you like) and move around the pan until the egg is cooked. Serve with some hot sauce even or fresh chili if you like that.

Hey girlie look for "Skinnygirl" cocktails the next time you're at the store! Or better yet, get some vodka, add orange, lime & lemon juice and sparkling/tonic water for 0 artificial sweetners! You can blend some watermelon or strawberries add some mint or basil, and add a little low cal alcohol; delicious! Cuz we deserve to have a drink every now and then..Cheers!
