My Goals:
i want to fit in cute jeans, play tag with my kids and not get winded and possibly run the Crescent City Classic next April.

My Program:
Right now I am changing what I eat, learning to count calories and learning how to exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mom to 2 boys ages 9 and 4. I live in one state and work in another so I am on the road at least 500 miles a week. I want to learn how to cook healthier but also what is good for my schedule.

Other Information:
I like the movie "Facing the Giants"... my favorite part is when the football coach is telling his students to NEVER GIVE UP.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope I can help you out--I put pp in the shake so that I am replenishing the muscles, it is what feeds the muscles and the pp has amino acids in it that help repair and rebuild the muscles as well as combat muscle fatigue later. I usually use a low carb one if I am going to add fruit/milk . I only use a higher carb one if I know I have not eaten enough carbs that day (not eaten enough meals), or if my energy levels have been really low. That's telling me that I am working hard but not eating enough to replenish what I am burning, so instead I am just getting burnt out and crashing during a workout....and you don't want that! lol If you are thinking about trying one start with a vanilla, cause some flavors can be flat out gross. lol Vanilla is quite safe tho! It goes with all fruit too!
