My Goals:
To continue to evaluate what food goes into my mouth and not just mindlessly eating.

My Program:
Exercise, water, and watching what I eat.

Personal Information:
Happily married, mother of 5 kids. 3 girls, 2 boys, ranging from 5 to 11. Just about to start the pre reqs for nursing school, and finished the MA program with a 4.0 and near perfect extern grades.

Other Information:
I love animals. We have 2 cats, 2 dogs (although one is in Texas on my Mom's ranch right now) I love music, as it get's me through at lot of bad emotions. I like reading, spending time out in the backyard/front yard with my plants, and getting excited about having the pool resurfaced soon so we can SWIM this summer.

Hi Cara,
Thank for your tip on making mole skin booties. Could you please tell me what you mean by mole skin? The only mole skin I'm familiar with is the bandaid alternative which would not lend itself to that purpose. I don't think anyway. Could you please explain this a bit more?
