My Goals:
I would like to lose 30 pounds and finally keep it off for good. The cute clothes in my closet are taunting me.

My Program:
Basically, I eat mostly whole foods (no processed junk) and a mostly vegetarian diet. I suppose you could call me a "flexitarian," but that just sounds douchey. So don't call me that. Once a week I give myself a day to eat pretty much whatever I want. You didn't expect me to give up brownies and cheeseburgers forever, did you? 'Cause that just ain't gonna happen, my friends.
