Captain Butterfly!

My name is Jennifer. I was an active member of Spark People for some time, and then for a number of reasons stopped following around April 2014.

Since then the weight I had lost by that time has slowly crept back on and invited 20 of their friends over to visit.

I'm restarting today January 5th 2015. Revamping my pages, leaving some of my old groups and joining a few new ones.

It's time to make some serious changes.

Hey there! Thanks for your support on my blog! Having food ready makes a big difference. Even if it's just cooking in bulk and measuring as I go, it helps when I'm busy.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I have been interested in getting a spiralizer too to make veggie noodles. Have seen lots of interesting recipes using those!

Wall to wall bookshelves is almost true of our apartment. The entire back wall of the dining room is bookshelves, there's one one the side wall, one in the living room, some in the bedrooms and tubs and tubs we can't fit on the shelves. We have issues. lol
