We often tell ourselves that small steps are really not all that effective, and we use that as an excuse to stand still. When in reality, nine times out of ten, itâ€™s those small steps that make those big changes happen. To begin all it takes is one very small, manageable step. Hey! Thanks for commenting on my blog. It took me years to get to the point where I felt like I could guess at portions and even now I am still very conscious about certain things that are easy for me to go over on. Like peanut butter. It's so easy to just get a big glob of it LOL. I am a printed calendar right now, but hope to get a better one this week and/or a planner. Things have been getting busier for me with kids, appointments, etc. and some days I feel like I don't know if I am coming or going. And I am not as busy as some people but I just don't seem to be adjusting to it HAHA. 30 days ago
Thanks for commenting on my blog! I think it is easy to feel pressure to stick to a routine even when it isn't a good fit to "keep up". That's a great idea to make up your own routine especially if it makes it easier to keep up with. Today, I changed things up and going to try spreading things out a little more and increasing slower. I don't want to get to the point where it is too hard or too much so felt like it was time to make a new schedule. 353 days ago
