Every Day is a Battle

I'm 33 years old single female and I have battled my weight for years. Each year I seem to gain more and more weight. Every meal and every moment is a challenge for me not to gain any more weight. I am at my heaviest weight now and need to loose because of health conditions. I want to loose so badly, but the scale doesn't seem to budge.

My Goals:
Of course, my number one goal is to loose weight. The first weight loss goal is to get under 200 lbs. That would be a 40 lb weight loss. That in itself is a great achievement. After that, I will assess my goals again and see what happens.

My Program:
My program is to follow the SP calorie recommendations. If I follow that I am hoping that I can come closer to reaching my goal.

Hi there. You may decide that you will always be overweight, and there is nothing you can do about it. OR you can work on making small, simple healthier changes in your life. There is no need to become obsessed about losing every last pound or inch. Don't even make it about weight if you don't want to! Just choose to eat smaller meals more often, more fruits and vegetables, and get up and out more often.

If you lose some weight, that's awesome! If you drop no weight, but you can tell you have more energy, who cares? You'll know you're healthier than you were before!
