Hi I'm Steff. I have two saint Bernard, best dogs everrrrrr! I'm a diabetic! I am unhappy at my 194.5 pounds so I am going to say bye bye to my chubby ass! I like to write. I'm writing my own story about pirates lol. I'm a pirate by the way. I own my own ship that is like 2 feet tall! YA! all me Captain Steff and I will love ya forever!!!! :D

Welcome Matey! I hope you find the support you need to find YOU! and find your happiness. Exercise and eating right will definitely help your diabetes and your mood. As well as help you lose weight along the way.
I am sure your friend will help you find your way around, but to get sparks people there is a guild that will also help you set reasonable goals and gain sparks points along the way.

I'm tired of feeling fat. I once lost 30 pounds on the 'live in Korea' diet, but it all came back within a year. Basically, I love food and cooking and I eat for two people. I am very active, but evidently, not enough for the caloric intake to balance out. I become ravenous and overeat. I know I have to plan my snacks. Perhaps that needs to be my goal -- drink more water and plan and carry my snacks. 24 pounds to go...

I too think most of the time -- I don't look so bad, but then again, I avoid mirrors and photographs.
