I bike ride everywhere and have to go a mile everytime I want to go to the grocery store. I also started going to the gym. I know I have to eat alot more than most because I exercise so much so I try to make its healthy food with tons of veggies.
I love biking, having alone time, cooking, listening to music, dancing, babies, the sun, and reading.
I like memoirs, like "The kite runner", "catcher in the rye", and "the color of water". and i am absolutely obsessed with music. My favorite activites are dancing, bike riding, running, and playing tennis and the elliptical.

Sorry to hear you've been sick! Glad to hear you were active and feeling better yesterday though :). It's probably a good thing to cut back on artificial sweeteners. That's one thing I limit but haven't cut out completely because it's just very hard to completely avoid them, they're in just about everything! Moderation is key, in my mind, I guess! And, about the weighing, the only thing I can say is from my own experience. Weigh-in once a week (the same time, same day) helped me see how my eating and exercise for that week had effected my weight. It gave me some sort of gauge on how well I did... or how not-so-well sometimes! Plus, it's nice to look back and see how my weight went up and down but overall had a downward effect over time :). It's completely up to you, though. Now that I'm in maintenance, I only weigh myself once a month -- mainly to keep an eye on any upward trends that may be occurring. Do you ever take your measurements? They're often more accurate than that darn scale anyway!
