Cindy Getting Thin
My name is Cindy, I am 47 and live in the high desert in SoCal. I am a mom of 4 wonderful boys ages 24, 22, 16, and 14. I am currently disabled due to chronic back pain from scoliosis and disc degeneration. My weight gain is due to lack of exercise because it hurts, and medication that I cannot go off of. I normally walk 4 miles every other day, but the pain has increased and I haven't walked in 2 months.

I also own my own candle making business called Candles by Earthscents. I make a large variety of votive, jar, and pillar candles in many colors and fragrances. It is what keeps me sane.

My Goals:
My goal is to only set daily goals so I don't feel overwhelmed. Each day my goal is to not cheat on my diet and walk 2 miles.
My Program:
I am on a 1,000 calorie a day and 20 grams of carbs a day diet. I also walk 2 miles at least every other day.
Personal Information:
I am a 3rd generation native Californian. I have been married twice and have 2 children from each marriage. My second hubby and I have been together 17 years. I live in Lucerne Valley, CA in a very rural area. I can walk for miles before I see another house. My dogs love it because they can run all they want and don't have to be on a leash. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats.
Other Information:
I own a business called Candles by Earthscents. My hobbies include candle making, needle work (plastic canvas and cross stitch), aroma therapy, astrology and I make crystal bracelets for healing.
