My Goals:
1. Lose 15-20 lbs.
2. Try to eat more healthy
3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep
4. Workout 5-6 days of cardio and 3-4 days of strength training.

*2/2009 - Join/participate in 2-3 running events like 5Ks. I will be doing my first 10k at the ConocoPhillips Rodeo Run.

My Program:
After work, I go to the gym to workout. Otherwise, if I go home directly, it would be hard for me to go to the gym and I would make excuses. I do 5-6 days of cardio and 3-4 days of weights. For support, I go to www.sparkspeople.com, http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/fitne
ssandhealthclub, www.wowy.com, or beachbody forums, among some other ones. And of course, friends and family.

You mentioned in the huddle on Librarians (or Wanna-Be Librarians) Team to visit you page. So I thought I would stop by and visit you. You mention a goal of participating in some 5 or 10K runs. Have you gotten any in?
