i was probably 99 lbs there which is too skinny for me but at least i liked how i looked

I used to be a nutrition major but I hate science so i am sticking in pyschology to become a eating disorder therapist or a therapist in general! therefore i love to talk to ppl:) Goal:135. new jeans motivation You get credit for what you finish, not what you start. nothing tastes as good as fit feels the smaller the goal, the more managable Even if you are on the right track, youll get run over if you just sit there. 1/12/09-egh. i aam soo hungry today. its crazy. i am just also tired and have a headache. it's bad. im trying to give up artifical sweetners still and it's really causing all these problems. but i need to. i went to the gym yesterday and i felt really fit. i didnt have time to weigh in but i will today. i snacked on some rye crackers. which helped. i just wished i didnt feel like sh*t. there is really no reason. on wednesday i have a party to go to which i am excited for since i havent gone to one in a while. hopefully that will make me feel better:) 1/16-this is my stop button. im so tired and cant stop eating im still under 700 cal and i need to stop

I bike ride everywhere and have to go a mile everytime I want to go to the grocery store. I also started going to the gym. I know I have to eat alot more than most because I exercise so much so I try to make its healthy food with tons of veggies.
Personal Information:
I love biking, having alone time, cooking, listening to music, dancing, babies, the sun, and reading.
Other Information:
I like memoirs, like "The kite runner", "catcher in the rye", and "the color of water". and i am absolutely obsessed with music. My favorite activites are dancing, bike riding, running, and playing tennis and the elliptical.
