Where there's a will, there's a way . . .
I want to lose weight and be healthy for me, hopefully reducing or eliminating two blood pressure meds (with doc's approval of course). I'm not good at being consistently disciplined, so this will be a major challenge!

My first goal is to get below 200 pounds and improve my overall BMI.
My Program:
I want to walk 10,000 steps per day or more, but may need to build up to that total. I plan to eat at least 9 servings of fruits and veggies per day.
