“There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.” ~Dr. Denis Waitley~

No one can do this for us, so today we will accept the responsibility to make the changes in our lives that are necessary to get us to our goals. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!

I've been doing better on my steps this month. I'm trying to get at least 10,000 a day, every day. Most days I can do it, but some days I just can't get that high. I don't know how I was getting 20,000 in a day, last year. I need to get back to that again!

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend.

This is so true. I've adjusted my attitude and I'm hoping this will bring me the results that I'm after. One change at a time. NEVER GIVE UP, WE ARE WORTH THIS FIGHT!!
Bob, I hope you're having a wonderful week.

I'm glad to hear DW is improving and getting around well.

Yum on the chicken. So many ways to cook it. Enjoy!
I plan to grow chicken meat-birds this year. The taste is superior than store bought. I'll purchase chicks and receive them in the mail. Once Henna starts laying I'll incubate turkey eggs. Not too many since I still have lots in the deep freeze. Which reminds me that I must begin to can some of it and broth too now that I have a canner.

You be careful out there chopping wood.

Oh my gosh. Maybe you need to get super glued together.

Wow! You sure are working away at that wood. Be careful lifting that heavy wood.

I forgot to ask about your wife. Is she feeling better after rehab?
