Thank you, Bob! That is some good advise and I appreciate it! I am going to try and learn the job, but he won't help and actually goes out of his way not to be helpful at all. My brother and I have discussed before that he doesn't want anyone to learn his job, because he probably knows he would be history if anyone did. We go through assistant dispatchers like crazy! My brother has given up on trying to find someone that will stay. I can't wait for this guy to go on vacation, then it will be just me and my brother and a whole week to learn in real life dispatching. Not just being told how to do it, but actually doing it.
Now if I can just hold out that long! today he was on the phone, and just to mock me for leaving yesterday, he said to one of the drivers to stop yelling at him or he'll go home! I just ignored him. '
One of our renters came in and he was yelling and the guy said, "why is he yelling?" I didn't say anything just shrugged, then I went upstairs, when I came down, the renter had asked him something, and Greg ignored him. He was standing 2 feet in front of him! The renter said, "oh, he isn't talking today or what? I was so embarrassed! That is how he is all the time if anyone says anything that he doesn't like.
it's just so unbelievable to me, and I'm right there to actually see it!
Sorry for going on about this, and thanks for your input:)

Thank you for the spark goodie! I haven't felt well and this is the first time I've been on the computer since the New Year:)

I hope I can 'bounce' back into feeling good again too:)

This is the time for celebration! So we celebrate!!

Jan 1 is the time for recommitting. So we will recommit.

To not celebrate at this time leads to feeling deprived - and can lead to a binge.

So celebrate this joyous time my dear friend and we shall recommit together on Jan 1.

P.S. This does not mean to go "nutzo" on yourself. It just means that we shouldn't be afraid of a little celebrating.
