Yum ~ your crockpot meals sounds wonderful! We're over due on a meatless meal. I'm making broccoli & cheese quiche. Lots of eggs and a good way to use them. Quiche leftovers are easy to reheat.

Yum, your crockpot meal sounds delish! You can splurge every now and then. That's all you eat is SF jello?

I love garlic! Roasting garlic bulbs is one of my favorite things to do. I could eat a clove right out of the bulb. It's like candy. It's real easy, have you ever done it? You just need olive oil, aluminum foil, garlic bulb, oven safe container or muffin tin and a hot oven. You could spread it on bread, a cracker or just eat it by itself. Then you use the garlic infused oil in a stir fry. It's sooo good!

DS has two more years at UCONN. When he's a senior he'll have a vehicle so we won't need to go out there unless we visit or attend a choir performance.

My eyes get tired driving at night especially when I add on extra driving time.

    Hi Bob!
I have been very busy moving into my new apartment, getting furniture, and enjoying Christmas. I used to live in a studio and then I lived with my son, so I didn't have any livingroom or diningroom furniture, now I have both:)
How are you and your wife? I have been lazy about SP and haven't been keeping up with everyone, but hope you are both doing well!
I hope to be on SP more once I am all settled in, but I get really lazy about it most times:)
