1.Use the SP exercise and nutrition trackers to increase my level of physical activity and lose weight. Exercise for 30 minutes a day 5 times a week 2. Drink a minimum of 8 cups of water per day. 3. Put 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer or other regular exercise.

I am a golf addict, and in the summer I golf almost every day. I am also a fan of the Edmonton Oilers hockey team.

Happy 2010 to you! I'm taking a break over the holiday, but plan to hit it next week. I dropped 18 since summer and am looking to lose a few more -- plus the holiday stuff. Let's help each other to make those goals!
