2014: Staying in Shape

I'm an educator who gets so busy with grading that I have "fallen off the wagon" with fitness and dieting every fall semester. In January 2011, I got serious about using SparkPeople and maintained an exercise and healthy-eating routine until we moved across the country in the summer of 2012. I'm back again working to get in shape.

You are welcome. No, I am not a cancer survivor (thankfully), but I was inspired by the amazing fight a dear friend continues to fight... two and a half years now... and he was only expected to make it 6 months... I am thankful you beat yours... and send you sympathy in your loss of your FIL.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and the suggestions. I love spices and berries with natural yoghurt. This list can be expanded to include more unprocessed 'treat' foods for those times I'm at risk of emotional eating. Enjoy Thanksgiving, especially the special people in your life.
