2012: Staying in Shape
I'm an educator who gets so busy with grading that I have "fallen off the wagon" with fitness and dieting every fall semester. In January 2011, I got serious about using SparkPeople and since then have maintained an exercise and healthy-eating routine. I lost the weight I intended to lose but more importantly I've been averaging a little more than 1000 exercise minutes every month. I earned more than 12,000 exercise minutes in 2011 and plan to do the same in 2012.
