do some sort of exercise every day. keep track of what i eat. be there for others. drink lots of water. find a diet that works for me that is not expensive. stay on target.
Some kind of physical activity every day. Re-Learn to love exercise and healthy foods again. Record my thoughts and doings.
Eliminate immediately: Full fat Peanut Butter, Regular soda, Irish Cream lattes, Fried Foods, and White foods (bread, rice, potatoes, pancakes, desserts). Find healthy substitues. Read the Women's Health book my sister gave me and use the diet plan.
Pick good carbs
Put out an outfit I would like to fit into, and motivational quotes/pictures around house.
Stop snacking in the middle of the night when I let the dog out.
Lots of water, record with Sparkgoals.
Avoid wine and microbeers. No carbs in Alcohol and in moderation.
I was born in Santa Monica, CA~Lived in Seaside, OR most my of life, moved to Portland, OR then to tampa, FL for school. Now I'm back on the west coast and lovin it. I feel incredibly lucky because I have found the love of my life, WE WERE MARRIED ON OCTOBER 30, 2010. His name is Abe and he is amazing and supports my healthiness.

My twin sister is my biggest supporter of my weight loss goals. She is "sweetkeeks" on my friend list, get to know her, she is MOTIVATIONAL and AWESOME!!!
I love to go camping, playing in water, the sunshine, hanging out with our puppy, scrapbooking, taking pictures, planning events, country music, going to church, and volunteering! I have a hard time in the cold and suffer emotionally, but it's worth it to be in the rain and have my fiance's arms around me!
