Can lose- WILL lose

I'm 29 and I've already experienced a yo-yo effect with my weight. While I'm glad that I was able to lose 25 pounds on my own before, it came back too quickly, same with the aproximately 15 pounds I lost last year.
This really needs to stop

My Goals:
In addition to losing 40 pounds, I will also:
1) drink 8-8 ounce glasses of water each day
2) stretch for 10 minutes a day
3) do 30 minutes of cardio, three times a week
4) break the 2:15 mark for my 1/2 marathon time
5) break the 1hr mark for a 10k distance
6) break the 30min mark for the 5k distance
7) break 3:30 for a 30k run
8) run a full marathon
9) improve my sprint triathlon time
10) complete an Olympic distance triathlon event

My Program:
I'm monitoring my food intake (with the help of this site).
I'm running (with my first full marathon coming up in May 2011).
And I'm keeping in touch with my weight loss buddy-- who referred me to this wonderful site to begin with.
(She's a genius)

Personal Information:
I'm a Canadian and I do love to run. Plus, I've also gotten into triathlon! I figure as long as I keep at it all, the weight will fall off. And it's funny... even though I haven't lost a significant amount of weight, I've dropped nearly two clothing sizes (from a 14 to a size 10/12) and I have more energy than I've had in a few years!
I feel great, so I'm going to keep at it
:)

Other Information:
Things like weight loss and fitness always seem to be a battle with me. However, I realize that ultimately I'm the only one who can make this kind of a difference in my life. So I'm stepping up and taking responsibility.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I won't know what to do when I am not sick this semester, lol. Now the doc put me on presidisone.. so this means I might gain weight. So, I think it's best if I don't look at the scale for the next ten days!

Aww, thanks! Your goodie was VERY sweet. My weight loss may be coming to a stop as I was put on antidepressants this week and I can either lose, maintain or gain as a side effect. Let's hope for lose, right!?!
