My string keeps getting longer!
Take...four I guess I honestly am a yo-yoer, just one with a very long string. A string of about 40 lbs. It's a drastic yo-yo, because every time I lose a lost of weight, stay there for a while, life gets stressful, I can't go to the gym, and the weight comes back on. But this time is going to be the last time and I'm finally going to reach my goal weight. Because in all the times I've lost a lot of weight, I've never gotten down to where I wanted to be. This time, I'm going to do ...

It's a drastic yo-yo, because every time I lose a lost of weight, stay there for a while, life gets stressful, I can't go to the gym, and the weight comes back on. But this time is going to be the last time and I'm finally going to reach my goal weight. Because in all the times I've lost a lot of weight, I've never gotten down to where I wanted to be. This time, I'm going to do it :) I am most definitely beyond the farthest length of my yo-yo. It keeps getting longer and I refuse to let it go back up again! I can taste victory this time and I am close!

My Goals:
Short term: 139 lbs Reward: Join the "20 somethings with 10-25 lbs to lose" group!! Mid term: 132 lbs Reward: Something special for my new house/apartment!! Longer term/maintenance: 120s??? Reward: A dog!!! I've been wanting one for ever, but once I reach my goal and have a stable routine, I will allow myself to finally welcome a new addition to the house :)
My Program:
Take it week by week. Gym everyday. If I'm feeling lazy, then there is no excuse, I can just walk at a moderate pace and watch a tv show at the same time. No excuses! No processed foods, no gluten, no dairy, no soy.
Personal Information:
I'm 5'2''...I feel like everyone always wants to know your height so they can compare how they are doing to someone else. Well, I do at least! I want to see what I can somewhat look like when I'm at a much lower weight. I find it motivational :)
