Personal Information:
I'm from Puerto Rico. I'm a 34 y/o mother of a 14 y/o daughter. I was 120 LB before getting pregnant, while pregnant I was a healthy 145 lb. I had my baby and 6 mo. later I turned to 150 LB!!! I notice I was bigger when I saw myself in a picture. I started at the gym every single day and soon I got a fitted, ripped 120 lb. body. I maintained a good looking size 3 for more than 10 years . Since I turned 33 (blame on hard working, lack of rest, and little time to exercise) my body started to change, feeling blotted and gaining weight. I accept that I didn't paid much attention on what I ate, and also surrendering to sweets. Started a semi vegetarian lifestyle (because I still eat fish), but it was difficult for me to find a weight loss diet without meat and gained more weight as I had more carbs and fat. Now I've been 150-160 LB for the last 1 1/2 year and trying different methods to loose this weight, without success. I thank Spark People for the oppo

I work as a banquet waitress ans food is EVERYWHERE!! It is soooo hard to control myself from eating so many delicacies.
