Hello my name is Candace. I''m 25 years old. I live in Georgia 🍑 I love painting 🎨 and drawing. I''m on a mission to become to fit and healthy. I have 150 pounds to lose. I want to become a runner. 🏃I plan to do a marathon by the end of this year.

My Goals:
as of right now I weigh 284.5 and im in a size 22. my goal weight is 160 and a size 10 maybe 12 pants. i wanna lose atleast 50 ibs before or by june 2013 I will be in my sisters wedding as her maid if honor. I wanna look good to be in it. My overall goal is to get at a healthy weight and BMI. I want to be become a runner. I've been saying that for years but one day I will be proud to say I am one myself. Being overweight makes you miss out on a lot of things. I want to go horse back riding, six flags, hiking and much more. Most of all I want to be happy with myself for once in my life.


My Program:
first step is cutting calories maybe 2,000 a day and cutting out mountain dew and sweets. I love em. and exercising wise start by walking 40 mins a day. I'm going to start doing the 5k program they have on here to get me into running.



Personal Information:
I'm 23 years old and i'm going to college for registered nursing and also doing a art program on the side to improve my drawing ability. I'm from villa rica, ga. I do not have any kids. I want to but not at this weight. I have a dog for now. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life. It didn't get bad until after high school. My highest weight was 297. Other Information:
I love reading books its one of my many joys. I like reading Nicholas sparks, James Patterson, Stephen White, Stephen king, and many more. I love watching horror movies and sometimes comedys. I love to draw I thought about doing tattoos.

    I have very similar weight loss goals as you, and I really like the 5k schedule they have here on spark :) It is a really great way to start running. I did find even the easy days quite hard at first, and I gave up and did some other fitness activities for a while. I then went back to the 5k plan after a couple months and just loved it though:) So my best advice is, find activities and exercise that you truely enjoy (you will be addicted shortly haha)

    I seen that u want to run a marathon by the end of the year. If u are close to a fleet feet store check them out. I never thought my dream wilwould come true and it sure did last year when i ran m first half marathon!
