HI HI HI HI Candy !! Its THAT TIME to JOIN the 5% challenge ! WOOHOOOO! So if you haven't already checked ur email, and joined us, PLEASE DO !! U will see the various teams, of which the Spirited Undah Dawgs are mentioned !!! WOOHOOOO ! We are a nice knitted team, and competive, though all thats asked of that, is that you do SOME type of excerise a day, it can be as little as 15 mins a day, as long as its SOMETHING And that you weigh in every Sat and also do the EASY challenge (usually like eat veggies/fruits/ or read blogs/ or drink water, see easy things like this, or if Dr says you can NOT just let us know, and we'll take out of you that challenge for that week, for some have limatations, and we need to that , so we can RESPECT IT ! AND WE DO !! I am one of those who DOES have the limations, and its EASILY Understood !!) WOOHOOOOO GOOOO DAWGGIES GOOO and its a very LOVING/ SUPPORTIVE TEAM, who will WRAP YOU UP WITH CARE !

HI Candy !!!! I've HAPPILY added you to the invite list of the 5% challenge to lose 5% of your weight in 8 weeks, this challenge is called the Spring Challenge, than there will be a Summer one, fall, etc, it pretty much goes yr round,,,,with some breaks because of course there are only 32 weeks we run the challenge and 52 weeks a yr. Its sooo MUCH FUN !!! A SURE WAY to keep accountable on what it is your doing.
