AND HAVING A GREAT SPARKS TEAM MY TEAM IS [ ONE DAY AT A TIME ] SURPPORT YOU THROW THE HARD TIMES AND THROW THE GOOD TIMES. IN A FEW WEEKS I WILL COME BACK AND POST ON MY BLOG WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING ON MY DIET & WORKOUT.

TODAY IS A NEW DAY ,I PUT MYSELF FIRST AND GETING MY WORKOUT DONE IT WAS HARD EVERY STEP OF THE WAY THERE WAS DEEP POWERFUL EMOTIONS THAT I'M GOING THROW EACH STEP I TAKE FORWARD I KNOW I WILL BE TAKING A LOT OF STEPS BACKWARDS TOO THATS A LEARNING PROGRESS. IM USED TO PUTING EVERYONE FIRST BEFORE ME.I KNOW EACH STEP I 'M TAKEING IS A TORTOIE'S SLOW AND STEAD APPROACH TO MY DAY TO DAY LIVING,EATING HEALTHY, AND WORKING OUT.I KNOW LOSEING WEIGHT FAST IN THE PAST WAS NOT A GOOD THING FOR ME TO DO . SO IM TRYING TO LOSS SLOW AND KEEP IT OFF.

AND LOST 17 INCH'S I FEEL PUMPED UP AND READY TO WORKOUT WITH BIGGEST LOSER PLAN.

I'M TRYING TO MAKE EXERCISE A HABIT EVERY DAY AND CHALLENGE MYSELF TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF FITNESS. I AM LIMTED TO THE TIME I HAVE TO WORKOUT BECAUSE OF MY LOWER BACK AND SWOLLING FEET AND LEGS IF I HAVE 10 MIN'S OR 60 MIN' OF MOVEMEET FOR THAT DAY I KEEP WORKING TO WARDS MY GOALS I HAVE SET FOR MYSELF.AND I CAN CHANGE THOSE GOALS TO SMALLER WORKOUTS OR CHALLENGE MYSELF MORE AS NEED.

DOCTER READ MY MRI SAID I HAVE 6 PROTRUDING DICKS AND DEGREE OF DICK DEGENERATION ,DOCTER SAID I HAVE TO STOP WALKING ON TREADMILL AND JUST US GAZELLE EDGER .

I HAVE BEEN WORKOUT WITH THE GAZELL EDGER TWO TIMES A WEEK NOW.I HAVE NOT LOST BUT I HAVE NOT GAIN.THE PAIN IS STILL BAD.IM ON A LONG LIST TO SEE THE PAIN THERAPYS.I HOPE AND PRAY THIS DOCTER CAN HELP WITH THE PAIN.

DOCTER SAID I HAD TO SLOW WAY DOWN ON MY WORKOUTS RIGHT NOW FOR MY HEALTH,SO I WORKOUT WITH MY GAZELLE EDGER WHEN MY HEALTH IS GOOD AND WORKOUT WITH MY MINI CYCLE WHEN MY HEALTH IS BAD,RIGHT NOW THE SCALE HAS NOT MOVED BUT IM NOT GIVING UP ,EACH STEP I TAKE WITH GOD WILL GET ME CLOSER TO MY GOALS.

IT SEEMS WHEN I TRY MY BEST I GET KNOCKED DOWN, I KNOW HOW TO GET BACK UP AND TRY AGAIN,BUT NOW ITS TIME FOR ME TO REALING SLOW DOWN MY DOCTOR HAS GAVE ME THE STOP SIGN.HE SAID YOUR BACK IS IN REAL BAD SHAPE,IT STARTS TO GET REAL WHEN YOU HEAR THOSE WORDS.BUT ITS NOT GOING TO MAKE ME GIVE UP I WILL HAVE TO FIND OTHER WAYS TO BE HEALTHY . DONT BE SAD FOR ME BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY AND KEEP ON SMILEING

WENT TO THE DOCTOR FOR MY BACK PAIN,DOCTOR DID NOT SEE ME FOR THAT .I GOT A SCARE FROM MY DOCTOR HE SAID I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE NOW AND I HAD TO CHANGE MY LIFE FAST.MY MIND IS RACEING RIGHT NOW,WHAT,HOW ,WHEN, I DID NOT KNOW THIS WAS GOING TO BE A NEW PATH IN MY LIFE FOR ME I KNOW SOME OF MY FAMILY AND FRIEND HAD THIS BUT I DID NOT THINK IT WOULD BE ME.

I COULD GIVE UP ON MY DIET AND GAIN WEIGHT BACK.BUT IM NOT GOING TO DO THAT I WORKED HARD FOR THOSE 6 POUNDS IM TAKEING THE HIGH ROAD THIS TIME IN MY LIFE IM GOING TO EAT SMALL HEALTHY MEALS AND IM GOING TO WORK THROW THE STRESS WITH WORKOUT.

AT 1:15PM MY MOTHER-IN-LAW PASSED AWAY AND THE SOME DAY WAS TOLD MY SON AND HIS WIFE WAS KIDNAPED LEFT FOR DIED.I DID GET A CALLED LATER IN THE DAY MY SON AND HIS WIFE ARE IN HINDING UNILT THE LAW CAN GET THE BAD GUYS IN JAIL..

I WONT TO WORKOUT BUT I CAN RIGHT NOW IM CRYING TO MUCH LOSSING MY MOTHER-IN-LAW AND MY SON AND HIS WIFE SEENS THE KIDNAPING.
