1 month since I returned to SP

I have been on Sparkpeople for years and I have been able to lose the weight in the past. I have a 4 year old daughter and an almost 2 year old son. I never completley lost all the weight after my son so now I am keeping track of my intake of calories to try and reach my goal again! I workout regularly, but without tracking my calories it is impossible to lose the last 15 pounds.

My Goals:
From christmas 2005 till February 2006, I lost 20 Lbs. on my own. aFTER THAT I LOST ALL MY WEIGHT WITH THE HELP OF SPARKPEOPLE. NOW I JUST HAD MY FIRST BABY 11 DAYS AGO AND NEED THE HELP OF SPARKPEOPLE AGAIN! My goal is to be my goal weight by May 1st 2009.

I am keeping track of my calories etc. on Sparkpeople and I am on month @ of Chalene Extreme.

You look awsome. You had a baby and workout...that is great for everyone to see that it can be done...no excuses. All it takes is determination.

The flat belly diet is really good! I feel fuller longer and am losing more weight, but what I really have noticed is my stomach has gone down more!:) Not sure if it's just from the diet or from the new workouts that i am doing. But it's not too much difference from what I was already eating I just have been adding in the MUFA'S and their have been some good recipes(I ordered the cook book). But I don't eat the 1600 cals a day that it recommends, I stay in the 1200- 1500 range.
