I thought this was important enough to pass on:

2 glasses when waken r up- this helps to activate internal organs

1 glass 30 minutes before each meal- helps with digestion

1 glass before a bath-helps to lower blood pressure (this was new to me)

1 glass before bed- helps to avoid stroke or heart attack (this was new to me, also)

t ) How much and how often will you exercise? I will promise to exercise at least 30 min a daY AND TRY TO GET 60 What diet will you follow? I FOLLOW MY own DIET THAT STILL mAKING BUT I DO TRY A HIGH FIBER DIET I DO TAKE BODY BY VI AND I DO COUNT CAFRLOIES and try to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day How will you support your team? AS I PLAN ON MAKING APPERENCE ON MY TEAM PAGE AT LEAST 4 TIME A WEEK AND BE THERE FOR MY TEAM MATE WHENVER THEY NEED ME

3. I will try to motivate of my teammates a week with goodies, blog respond, and stopping by their page

ENJOY BEING IN THE CHALLENGE BECAUSE I LOVE GETTING HEALTHIER. I LOVE MOTIVATING THE team TO SUCCEED. I LIKE helping the Walkers, Runners, Joggers & Gadgeteers- I also love the whole community. The leader of the dogs is one of my best friend on spark. I love the completion we share trying to beat each other team.
