HI Karen !! I hope the surgery on ur teeth will be OK !! Of course if they knock you out,,, and someone brings along a camera,,, those vids on youtuble are PRICELESS !! LOL I get to laughin to HARD !! Wishing you the best !

Please check with ur Dr before cycling. I know when we took sparklive they said if we went 3 or 4 days at the top of our calorie range,, than the other days of the week,,, at the low end of our calorie range,, MANY had success with this. For me,, though it really is the WINNAH in eating exactly as the dietician said. Can you talk to the Doc or a dietician to see where you need to be at. It's just not safe to go by "what we think." HUGS GAL !
