I AM A NEON NINJA!! I AM A FIRECRACKER!!

This is for both challenge teams.

My goals are: To lose 5 pounds during Fall challenge.
1)For exercise- get back to my strength videos in morning before work, walk everyday, use bike, elliptical, or treadmill everyday for 15 minutes.

2)Nutrition- Track here on Sparks and watch what and how much I eat, staying in my calorie range. Drink 8 glasses water a day. Eat at least 5 servings freggies daily.

Hi,my name is Judy. I live in Vermont and been here all my life. I have three children ages 39, 36, and 30.
Also two granddaughters
17 and 6 and grandson 2.
Also step grandson and step granddaughter.
I would like to be around to see them grow up.

I also want to see my new great grandchild (step granddaughter) due in May., 2014

Hi Judy - Thanks for the snowman goodie - It's cold here today also, but I'm sure it's warmer in Arkansas (27 with wind chill of 16) than it is in Vermont. Wrap up tight and think warm thoughts.
