I AM A NEON NINJA!!

Starting 5% challenge in January. My goals are:
1)For exercise - walk daily, exercise bike 3x week-15 minutes, aerobic dance- 2x week- 15 minutes, strength videos- 4x week.
2)Nutrition- Track here on Sparks and watch what and how much I eat, staying in my calorie range. Drink 8 glasses water a day.

Hi,my name is Judy. I live in Vermont and been here all my life. I have three children ages 39, 36, and 30.
Also two granddaughters
17 and 6 and grandson 2.
Also step grandson and step granddaughter.
I would like to be around to see them grow up.

I also want to see my new great grandchild (step granddaughter) due in May., 2014

Thanks for commenting on my blogs and all your support. You are doing great getting in good cardio minutes!
I am going to plan on at least 120 minutes of ST this week. I hated this winter but now I HATE this wind even more. I do not want to walk out in it. lol I just see I already mentioned how much I hate the wind.
