This is for both challenge teams.
My goals are: To lose 5 pounds during Fall challenge.
1)For exercise- get back to my strength videos in morning before work, walk everyday, use bike, elliptical, or treadmill everyday for 15 minutes.
2)Nutrition- Track here on Sparks and watch what and how much I eat, staying in my calorie range. Drink 8 glasses water a day. Eat at least 5 servings freggies daily.

Exercise minimum of 30 minutes a day.

17 and 6 and grandson 2.

Did you ever wonder why people use the term "life"?
Four letters are simply not enough to describe it.
They should have called it....
