Remind your team members of weight loss goals. Remind your team members to log on daily. Remind your team members that there is a 10 pound challenge going on, and they can do it.
Easter Sunday is 5 Sundays from today. Let's work hard to lose another 10 pounds or 10 inches in 5 weeks. Today is a good day to reassess, weigh in, take your measurements, and get moving.
Each week we will update our SW = Starting Weight, CW = Current Weight, GW = Goal Weight for this challenge only, FM = Fitness Minutes we did for the week (Sunday is the start of a new week), and TI = Total Inches Lost

It's not too late to get started on the St. Patrick's Day Challenge. You still have 2 weeks to kick your weight loss effots in to gear and lose up to 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Let's do this!! Commit to 275 FM this week. I look at it this way, that's just 5 days of 45 minutes during the week, and then slip in 25 minutes before updating on Saturday. We will keep adding minutes each week. If you are already consistently exercising 275 minutes a week, challenge yourself to do another 50 minutes this week.
