A Healthier Me
It's time to spend some time taking care of my health and body. I take care of everyone else all the time, and I finally see that taking care of me is just as important! I've lost weight in the past with Weight Watchers (about 40 lbs) and with Spark (about 20 lbs) and then life (or pregnancies, or work stress or complacency...) happened and the weight has crept back up on me, and now I find myself heavier than I've EVER been in my life. I've lost weight in the past with Weight Watchers (about 40 lbs) and with Spark (about 20 lbs) and then life (or pregnancies, or work stress or complacency...) happened and the weight has crept back up on me, and now I find myself heavier than I've EVER been in my life. I've started The South Beach Diet, and so far I'm loving it. I'm not a carb fanatic to begin with, so I'm finding it pretty easy to stay on track. I've re-upped my commitment to this Blog so that I can stay accountable and have a place to record my thoughts, my ups and my downs, and of course - to vent!!!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose about 40 lbs to look good in my sister's wedding (07/14/12) and to just feel better about myself.
My Program:
South Beach Diet Cardio at least 3 days a week and strength training at least 2 days a week.
