Candace here, and I've been slacking. Not only have Paula Deen's cake recipes during the holidays hurt me, but I'm an editor who gets little to no exercise. The sad thing is, I have a 1 year, paid-in-full gym membership at Lucille Roberts!

My Goals:
I really want to get back in the low double digit sizes. I'm not silly enough to think that I'll ever be a 2 (and I don't want to be). I just want to be healthier, lower my cholesterol, and be more active.

I'm following the South Beach list of allowed foods, and using SparkPeople to track my progress.
