    Thanks so much for the add and the comment. As for ST, if you haven't done it yet, you MUST try P90X! If you are interested, PM me and I can hook you up with an extra free bonus workout when you order. If you've already done P90X and loved it, you could try One on One with Tony Horton of P90X: MC2. I haven't tried either yet, but I hear good things. (Again, I can get you the hook up if you want)

    On the other hand, if you've already done P90X and you want a totally new approach, there is a book I highly recommend called "Power of 10". There's also an e-book called "Fat Burning Furnace which takes its own unique approach. I'm a firm believer in mixing it up, which is why I loved P90X...but also the reason I didn't go right into a round 2 when I finished. I'm currently doing a workout called T-Tapp, which isn't ST, per se, but is a very unique fitness program designed to maximize inch loss by building very dense, long, lean muscles.
