    I do not like the meal planner for me. I thought the food was uninteresting. The Spark Cookbook is a better source and simply tracking every bite helped me find my way. I am not on the starting week team any more. There were only a few of us showing up. There are some menu planning teams, I think.

    But good luck to you and welcome back. Showing up and tracking worked for me. I met my goal in September. emoticon
