I read on the huddle that you needed support. You can do this. Just take one day at a time. Make small changes and small goals. Try didn't exercises so you don't get bored. Take care. Mary :) 2986 days ago
Welcome to SP. I also have high cholesterol. My dr. gave me 3 months to take care of it with my diet. The food tracker is the best place. I have been told that walking will lower bad and raise the good cholesterol. So I try to walk as much as I can. From the looks of things you are well on your way. 9 lbs. is awesome. Keep it going.
