Some of my interests include gardening, home renovations and card making, although I'm not really great at these activities, they are a lot of fun. I think it's funny that when we are kids, we think of excercise as play, but when we get older it becomes a chore, something that we HAVE TO MAKE TIME to do. Well, I think it's time that I listen to my inner child and have some fun! weeeeeee!

My Program:
I like to change up my exercise routine, but at the moment I have take to exercise videos. Since I am just starting back with regular workouts I haven't tried anything too intense. These days my favorites are:
-Jillian Michaels beginner shred
-Tracy Anderson Transform Omnicentric
-Tracy Anderson Cardio Dance Omnicentric

How are you!!! It's so good to here from you. Yes, I'm out and running but it took a long time and a month in aboot for my achilles to heal. I just started running about a month ago. Hope all is well on your end!

Its not getting any better. I have to shut it down for a week. I don't know how I am going to do it but I think I might have to stick with free weights for a week and then add some biking next week.
