I've taken a recent break from Spark, and maaannn can you tell! I've tried to continue along my healthy path on my own, but health issues prove challenging. But enough with dwelling on the bad, when there is so much to look forward to. I recently moved in with my fiance, and I'm looking for some new and exciting ways to excercise.

But enough with dwelling on the bad, when there is so much to look forward to. I recently moved in with my fiance, and I'm looking for some new and exciting ways to excercise.

Some of my interests include gardening, home renovations and dancing, although I'm not really great at these activities, they are a lot of fun. I think it's funny that when we are kids, we think of excercise as play, but when we get older it becomes a chore, something that we HAVE TO MAKE TIME to do. Well, I think it's time that I listen to my inner child and have some fun! weeeeeee!

My hobbies include cardmaking, scrapbooking, cooking and pole danceing at Aradia Fitness. My guilty pleasure is the t.v show "So You Think you can Dance Canada" (sigh...I have such embarrassing taste).

How are you!!! It's so good to here from you. Yes, I'm out and running but it took a long time and a month in aboot for my achilles to heal. I just started running about a month ago. Hope all is well on your end!

Its not getting any better. I have to shut it down for a week. I don't know how I am going to do it but I think I might have to stick with free weights for a week and then add some biking next week.
