RENEWED DETERMINATION

I had originally titled this page "Last Chance" ... meaning if I don't do this now, it will be too late. On reflection that seems way to negative to be inspiring, hence the change to "Renewed Determination"!

Yes, I am soooooo glad I lost the weight before I became pregnant (granted I have gain a good amount back but it is much easier for me to lose now that I kinda know what I am doing. Thanks for the congrats and well wishes. And thanks for the add I have added you as well emoticon .

Thank you for the kind comment on my photo. Actually it took me 19 months & 1 week to reach my goal (but who's counting - ha). I feel incredible - still find it hard to believe I was able to do it. Now to maintain. You can do it to - one day at a time. I write down everything in a notebook - plus track on the website & when I turn the page in the book if I've messed up one day, the next day is a new day. Good luck in your weight loss journey - keep me posted. If you like you can add me as a friend & I will do the same.
