California Mom looking to become a loser
I'm having some trouble keeping up with my two boys, ages 7 and 5, so I know it's time. I also know because things in my body just don't seem to be working quite as well as they used to. As of yet, no medical problems other than arthritis, and I want to keep it that way. Would be nice to wear smaller clothes too!

My Goals:
I am trying to improve my overall health and keep up with my busy little boys. I have no specific health issues at this point other than arthritis and would like to avoid any future problems.
My Program:
Reducing caloric intake through reducing portion sizes (staying conscious of them) and doing strength training with my exercise ball and weights. I also walk on weekends and ride my stationary bike 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes.
