Getting my Spark back

Working mama of two, I have fought this fight once before through another popular online or meeting type program and won. I lost 60lbs, was the most fit I have EVER been and felt great. Then I had an injury. Then I got lazy. Then I got pregnant. Twice. My family has been my priorty, followed by a change in my career so I have once again, let myself go. I always knew I would "get back on it" but it had to be on my own terms.

I always knew I would "get back on it" but it had to be on my own terms.

I started earlier this year with the program I had used before and knew OH SO well. I was complaciant from the start and saw slow progress. By July I had battled down 23 lbs and was feeling good, but something was still missing. A friend mentioned that she gave up the program that I was also on, and joined Sparkpeople. I figured why not - canceled my membership and here I am.

My Goals:
Become the active role model for my kids that I have always wanted to be.

My Program:
Eat healthy, yummy foods. I am using Insanity (love it)as my exercise program along with at least 2 3. mile runs per week. I am scheduled to do a Warrior Dash on 9/22 and cant wait!
