My Gift
I need to do this for my family as well as for myself hence -the title My Gift. My health directly influences that of my family in many ways. 1 to instruct them on how to take good care of their bodies, 2 to take better care of my health for my own personal well-being. I can not be all that I can if I am broken. 3 so I may be around to take care of my family in the future. By sacrificing and working hard I can give my gift.

My Goals:
I need to lose 33 lbs to be at a reasonable weight in order to be more healthy. I was just diagnosed with Fatty liver disease and I would like to eat healthier so it does not turn into full blown cyrhosis.
Find balance in my life.
