Starting a new lifestyle
06/13/2012: I was never overweight until 2-3 years ago. My body couldn't take all the bad things I ate anymore and I put on weight. Time to turn the table around and eat healthy for the first time in my life. No room for failure, I am determined to change it and I haven't looked back since I started. Thank you everyone here for keeping me inspired! Update 06/15/12: I decided to be more realistic and actually say I was 88kg instead of 87. My first weigh in was on the 8th and my first week was the healthiest of all, so I believe I would have lost 1kg that week. My determination is getting stronger and stronger every day. xxx

My Goals:
My goal is to go from 88kg to 63kg. Once I reach my goal, I want to monitor my weight to be around 60-65. Not 1 gram more!
My Program:
I work out whenever I can, from 4 to 6 times a week. That includes cardio and weights alternatively. I have been keeping my calories intake around 1200cal and balanced. I have been doing maxworkouts.com exercises as I don't have much time. 20-30min high intensity workouts (equivalent to normal 1h workout).
