I work out with a personal trainer 2x a week and aim to make it to the gym 4x a week. My routine is 30-35 minutes of cardio (treadmill or elliptical) and 30 minutes of circuit training.
Food-wise, I try the best I can with tracking and calorie counting - aiming to stay at 1200-1400 calories a day but it's a huge challenge for me! I also try to get 5 fruits/veggies a day and 3-4 liters of water a day.
