My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 33lbs.
I also want to run a marathon again, and beat my time.

My Program:
EAT HEALTHY! I have the exercise thing down pretty well, my downfall is the food. I need to start cooking for myself more often, and not be in denial about what I eat.

Personal Information:
I am a St. Louis girl living in Chicago. I love running, and can't wait for winter to be over! (Well, winter hasn't even started yet).

I JUST GOT BAC FROM BALLYS. I MADE THE ULTIMATE MISTAKE BY NOT EATING. I NOW FEEL SO EXHAUSTED AND DRAINED. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IM GOOD. I THINK THE FACT THAT WE HAVE TO WRITE DOWN WHAT WE EAT NOW WILL GIVE US SOME KIND OF CONTROL ON OUR EATING HABITS. 1 PIECE OF GUM LOOKS LIKE A WHOLE MEAL ON PAPER....LOL
