Not Another Resolution

It is New Years Day, the day to set resolutions. I have yet to keep a New Years resolution, so I don't plan to make any today, or tomorrow for that matter. I do plan to make goals for myself. Small manageable goals. Since I don't have much luck with keeping these promises to myself. I really don't trust myself to keep them. As with gaining anyone's trust you have to start out small. Make a small promise and keep it. Then next time, maybe a little more complicated one until I trust my promises ...

July 09 Goals:
Eat no more than 55800 Kcals for the month
Do 700 Cardio minutes
Do 10 Strenth Training sessions
I joined a team goal to do 25 miles total this month.

hi i read your post about having trouble getting enough proteins
i am having the same problem
maybe this link will help you i found it interesting, it also give me a lower amount that i need than the SP range does
