A third of the way there!!!

Hello everyone. Last year I was telling everyone I would never diet or excercise I hated the thought of getting up and being active, now I can't bear not to get my 4 mile walk in every morning ( so out of character!). Ha!! This spring when all of my fat clothes were to tight to wear, I knew it was time to get off the couch and get busy..

My Goals:
My goal is not only to lose the 16 ponds I have left to lose, but to really get fit as well.

My Program:
This web site has been so helpful. To beable to calculate everything I eat through out the day makes it so simple to stay within my daily goals. In addition I walk 4 15 minute miles then I walk slower for about 10 mins. I have a mini stepper which I use to burn extra calories when I have a few extra minutes. I have also been doing the strength training program 3 time a week. I feel energized by everything
