I recently move to AU in the last year and got my visa approved. Since then I gained a lot of weight. Now I'm back on track and ready to rock. Want to get down to 150 lbs. My doc says have to for my health...heading toward diabetes. I'm taking this very seriously. I have more health issues but I wont bore you with them all. I was on spark people before and learned a lot ...so here I go again.
I'm just not eating fast food...learning how to eat better...more fish less red meat...lots more vegetables...etc
