Starting over
I am 65 yrs old..I stopped smoking about three years ago...in one year i gained 45 lbs.. I would like to get back down to about 180 lbs.. I cant do much exercize because of my copd

Hope you have a good week. 
If you don't have to drive in it and don't have to shovel it, it's lots of fun and a great change from Fla! My husband never wants to see another Canadian winter the rest of his life.
