Fall seven times, get up eight times.

I went to my cousin's wedding and when I saw the pictures, I was so embarrassed. Somehow, I didn't realize I had gotten so big - again. I am getting married in September 2015 but I want to get healthy NOW. I want to do this for me and my everyday life, not just one (albeit special) day.

My Goals:
Short-term goals:
1. Exercise for 15 minutes each morning
2. Track food/ exercise and take responsibility for my body
3. Do something other than sit on the couch each night when I get home from work

Mid Goals:
1. Lose 20lbs by the end of August
2. Exercise for minimum of 15 mins for 30 consecutive days
3. Add three 30 minute workouts to weekly routine

Long term Goals:
1. Lose 75lbs by April 2014
2. Have more energy


My Program:
I don't really have a program. Maybe the Spark Diet? Mostly I have small daily goals, and not all are directly related to weight loss, but they definitely affect it.

Personal Information:
I am now an event coordinator living in Mississauga. I have an amazing fiance who is the reason I smile everyday.
